Brioche with merguez and pistachios
Your Saf helper for this recipe:
5g saf-instant yeast
150g grated Gruyère
250g cooked merguez
80g shelled pistachios
Combine all the dough ingredients, pistachios and grated cheese. Butter a loaf tin and pour in the dough putting the merguez in lengthways. Leave to rest for 2 hours.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C
