M&Ms and chocolate muffins

Saf-instant yeast 11g

INGREDIENTS
Serve 12

½ sachet of saf-instant yeast (11g)
180g flour
75g brown sugar
75g caster sugar
80ml oil
80ml coconut milk
1 pinch of salt
M&Ms

PREPARATION 
In a mixing bowl, beat the sugars with the eggs. Add the flour, the yeast dissolved in warm coconut milk, oil, salt and a few crushed M&Ms.
Fill the paper cases three-quarters full and top with M&Ms.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 mins.
