Rolls with spices, figs and walnuts

Saf-instant yeast 11g

INGREDIENTS
1 sachet of yeast saf-instant (11g)
200g honey
50g rye flour
190 flour
80g butter
2 eggs
200ml milk
90g brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
4 crushed cloves
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of salt
4 to 5 diced figs
75g walnut pieces

PREPARATION
Combine all the dough ingredients and leave to rise for 2 hours.
Roll out on a floured worktop and make 8 rolls adding fig and walnut pieces to each one.
Leave to rise for another hour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 mins.
