Your Saf helper for this recipe:
For the dough:
2 sachets of Saf-instant Yeast (22g)
3 cups of water (650g)
9 cups of flour (1000g)
1/2 cup of sugar (100g)
For the filling:
2 cups of sugar (375g)
2 tea glass of oil (200g)
Knead your ingredients in a bowl until you get a soft dough.
Mix all ingredients for the dough until obtaining a smooth dough.
Mix the tahini and sugar in a bowl, in order to be more liquid you may add some oil.
Cover the dough with a clean towel for resting about 20 minutes.
Cut the dough pieces of approximately 170g and round.
Mix the tahini ingredient within the dough mixture.
Give the dough shape then put the dough on the tray.
Bake the dough preheated oven at 190° C for 20-25 minutes.
