Here are 3 tips to readjust to normal routines.


  1. Gradually adjust the time to sleep and wake-up. Taking a warm bath or drinking a hot drink relaxes the body before sleeping time. Not only does this help the body relax, but also eases the sleep.


  1. Following a month of fasting, consuming foods high in sugar or fat can lead to some digestion problems. It is recommended to eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins after Eid.


  1. Light exercise, which includes walking, yoga and cleaning the house that do not tire out the body, allow to relax, de-stress and help better sleep at night.
