Here are 3 tips to readjust to normal routines.
- Gradually adjust the time to sleep and wake-up. Taking a warm bath or drinking a hot drink relaxes the body before sleeping time. Not only does this help the body relax, but also eases the sleep.
- Following a month of fasting, consuming foods high in sugar or fat can lead to some digestion problems. It is recommended to eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins after Eid.
- Light exercise, which includes walking, yoga and cleaning the house that do not tire out the body, allow to relax, de-stress and help better sleep at night.
